Come as you are. Everyone is welcome.

We host free Sensory Drop-In sessions at St George’s Church for families with children who have additional needs. There’s no need for a diagnosis—just come as you are.

This space is designed for children with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, SEMH, trauma, adoption, school avoidance, and more.

What to Expect

Our sessions are relaxed, friendly, and flexible. You’ll find:

  • Sensory equipment for movement and regulation (mats, therapy balls, mini trampolines, scooter boards, sensory tents)

  • Creative play with Lego and Play-Doh

  • A quiet area for calm and rest

  • Plenty of space to move, play, or simply be alongside others

You’re welcome to interact as much or as little as you like. This is a space where families can feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves.

Sensory Blessing

Each session ends with a short, sensory-style Blessing in the Chapel (around 5 minutes). Participation is completely optional.

No booking is required, but if you plan to attend, please email us so we can prepare for numbers:
